1. Before first use

1. Check if your fireplace is damaged.

2. Place the fireplace on a stable, flat, non-flammable surface.

3. Make sure there are no flammable materials nearby: curtains, paper, decorations, dried flowers, etc.

4. Only use the fireplace in a well-ventilated room.

2. How to use scented waxes – step by step

1. Prepare the fireplace
   Place the fireplace in the chosen location, away from drafts and places where it can be easily knocked over (edge ​​of a table, low table near children/pets).

2. Place the wax in a bowl

   • Place a small amount of wax (e.g. 1 cube) in the upper bowl.

   • Do not overfill the bowl – the wax cannot spill over the edges after melting!

3. Insert the tea light

   • Place an unscented tealight in a metal casing into the bottom of the burner.

   • Make sure the candle stands straight and stable.

4. Light a tealight

   • Use matches or a candle lighter.

   • Once lit, place the tealight in the fireplace and insert it gently, avoiding touching any hot elements.

5. Adjusting the fragrance intensity

   • The intensity depends on the amount of wax: the more cubes, the stronger the aroma , but remember about the volume of the bowl.

   • When using, do not forcefully add more cubes to a full bowl.

6. Stop smoking

   • When the scent fades or you want to stop using it, extinguish the tealight (blow it out or use an extinguisher).

   • Allow the burner to cool completely – the bowl and wax may be very hot.

3. How to remove and replace wax

1. Wait for the wax to cool completely and harden.

2. Gently pry up the wax (e.g. with a wooden spatula) and remove it completely.

   • Alternatively: lightly heat the wax for a while until it softens around the edges, then pour it into a waste container (not the sink!).

3. Before adding a new batch of wax, make sure the bowl is clean and dry.

4. Using wax – practical tips

• You can use the same wax repeatedly until the aroma disappears completely.

• If you want to change the scent, remove the old wax from the bowl before inserting the new one.

• Never mix wax with other waxes, water or oils!

• Store waxes in a cool, dry place , away from sunlight and heat sources, preferably in an airtight container.

5. Cleaning the fireplace

1. Always clean the fireplace only after it has cooled down completely .

2. Remove any wax residue mechanically (e.g. with a wooden spatula) and wipe the bowl with a soft cloth.

3. If necessary, use warm water with a mild detergent and dry thoroughly.

4. Do not immerse the entire fireplace in water if it has components that may be damaged.

6. Important precautions

• Never leave a lit tealight, wax melt or hot fireplace unattended.

• Keep the fireplace and wax melts away from children, pets and vulnerable people.

• Do not move the burner while it is in use or when the wax is liquid – this may result in burns and spilling of hot wax.

• Do not touch the bowl and upper parts of the burner while the tealight is burning or just after extinguishing it – they may be very hot.

• Do not use tealights with a wick that is too long or larger than a standard tealight (this may overheat the burner or wax).

• Do not place the fireplace in a drafty area or under hanging shelves or cabinets.

• If irritation or headache occurs, ventilate the room and discontinue use of the wax.
